Can I ask a special request from the artist? -February 14,2008

When you are placing the order, just after uploading your photos, you will see a special instructions text box where you can explain what your special request is. We can do "magical tricks" with your original photos: we can add figures from different photos into one painting; and we can also change the background, eliminate figures and objects, create color paintings from black and white photos, and even paint from damaged or old photos.

Which mediums of paintings can I choose? -February 14,2008

We can turn your photo into oil paintings, charcoal drawings, watercolor paintings, and pencil paintings. Our talented artists are very professional in all the above types of paintings.

I would like to combine images from several photos in.. -February 14,2008

Sure! You can send several photographs and have people from them placed together into a single painting. Simply give us detailed instructions when placing your order. You can upload up to 3 different photos in 1 order (using reference photo 1 and 2), and in the comments box, tell us the details you want us to combine these photos into one painting. We don't charge extra for this service.

Can I preview my painting before receiving it? -February 14,2008

Sure. Once the painting is ready, we will contact you to review it online. Most of our customers are happy with their first preview. However, if you think that any modifications should be made, we will make the requested modifications and send the latest photo back to you for confirmation. As soon as receiving your satisfied confirmation, the finished photo into painting will be sent to you.

How long will it take to draw a picture? -February 14,2008

It depends on 3 factors: 1.) Whether you use normal service or express service 2.) The medium of the painting 3.) The size of the painting Generally，it will take 1 day for us to get back to you after you submit your digital photo, if the digital photo is good enough we will then begin your custom oil painting. Then the painting process may take around 7 business days. When the painted portrait is done, we will take a digital photo of it and email it to you for approval. If it is approved, your painted portrait will be in the mail the following day. Usually the shipping takes about 4 days. So, the total turnaround time shall take at least 12 days. If what you ordered are big-size oil portraits(24"x36", 30"x40", 36"x48", 48"x72"), the total turnaround time may take at least 15 days.

What format should my photo be? -February 14,2008

You may send your picture in JPEG, GIF, BMP, or TIFF. We suggest sending the highest resolution and quality photo available. The better the image is, the better will the artist be able to create your painting.

How do I upload a photo? -February 14,2008

To upload a photo, go to the first page and click on the "order a painting" button. You will be guided by your computer. Depending on your connection speed and the size of your file, this may take a few minutes. Once your photo is uploaded you will see it on the screen
